Everyone should have a list of things that they want to accomplish in life so one day they aren’t looking back wishing they would have done more. Don’t let this happen to you, make a bucket list of things to do and especially, places to visit.

One by one, you can tick them off, as it will take time to plan, execute, and pay for these trips of a lifetime. But by doing so, you will be achieving your goals and living the life you have dreamed of. I have chosen 6 of my favorite to help you start your list:

1

Moscow, Russia: This cosmopolitan capital will amaze and charm you as you stand in Red Square, Russia’s symbolic center.  From the Kremlin to Lenin’s Mausoleum, Moscow is known world-wide as an architectural gem. The vertically domed and brightly colored orthodox church will make you stare for hours in astonishment.

2

Jerusalem, Israel: This ancient city is the epicenter for the origins of major religions in the world today. Even if you come from a different religious background or are not religious at all, a trip to the holy city will be one of the most interesting and diverse trips you will take in your lifetime.

The South of France: Whether it is Lyon, Marseille or Nice, it doesn’t matter. You will be so glad you had a chance to experience what the South of France is all about. Rent a car and drive through the countryside to the little towns that make up the rich history of this region.

4

The Canadian Rockies: If you wish, begin in British Columbia, where you can hitch a ride on the Rocky Mountaineer for one of the most epic train rides across Canada, maybe even the world. The trips are fully customizable and are world famous for their scenery and their service. You can end your trip in Calgary, where you can visit this “Cowtown”, made famous for its western culture.

5

Africa: The classical safari experience can be found here, whether is Johannesburg, known for having some of the best luxury safari lodges in the world nearby or the classic safari in East Africa – mainly Kenya. There is even Rwanda to consider for its world famous gorilla population. It doesn’t matter which you choose, as you can have a world class safari experience in any of these places.

The Classic American Road Trip: The “Classic American” road trip is a must from Seattle, Washington to Santa Fe, New Mexico and through the red rocks of Arizona. The American highways have a lot to offer. And of course, there is the famous Pacific Coast Highway 1 route in California or Route 66 that goes across 8 states in 3 time zones which is good for American nostalgia.
